Updated versions of the Notice of Procedural Safeguards and Parent’s Guide to the ARD Process are now available, reflecting recent rule changes. Deliveries to LEAs began on April 14, 2025, and campuses must immediately switch to the updated versions. The Special Education Self-Assessment window opens April 29, 2025, and must be completed by September 26, 2025. Additionally, the High Cost Fund (HCF) APEX application deadline has been extended to May 15, 2025.
